Help maintain service levels & improve our hospitals for your benefit

As much as possible, the Addiction Recovery Program attempts to replicate a normal living environment, within the confines of a medical hospital.   With the exception of the detoxification component of the program, all patient meals will be provided in a communal dining room, where patients are also free to make tea and coffee throughout the day.  A varied menu is provided, and we are able to accommodate any special dietary requirements - please advise the staff on admission.  Televisions are provided in the lounge areas of the hospital only, along with daily newspapers.  Patients are expected to make their own beds each day (with the exception of detoxification patients), and linen will be changed as required.
Patients are expected to make their own arrangements for their personal laundry requirements.  If they are unable to do so, the hospital can assist, though a charge will be incurred for these services.
