Addiction Recovery Program  
The goal of the program is total abstinence; to assist patients in their recovery and helping them stay recovered.

We monitor and measure patient recovery rates and outcomes and benchmark ourselves against the best programs in the world.

The in-patient program is supplemented by an Aftercare Program, enabling patients to reach their goal of becoming free from their addictions.

 Our service providers include -

  • Addiction Medicine Specialists
  • Psychiatrists
  • Clinical Counsellors
  • Specialist Nurses
  • Allied Health including Social Work, Family Therapy, Psychology and others.

Our Expectations  
It is our expectation that our patients, their families, and visitors will be satisfied with the services provided by Malvern Private Hospital.  If you do not feel your expectations have been met, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff, or contact the Hospital Director of Nursing by completing a Comments, Complaints and Suggestion Form.

At Malvern Private Hospital caring and professional staff members are always available to answer any questions or concerns patients may have.

Malvern Private Hospital respects the privacy of the patients personal and health information in accordance with Federal & State legislative requirements. In addition, all patients admitted to the hospital are required to respect the privacy of other patients, and to treat patients and staff appropriately.

If patients require any further information or would like a copy of our Privacy Policy, please speak with a member of our Administration Department who will be pleased to assist.

In the interests of health and safety, smoking is not permitted within the hospital. There are designated smoking areas external to the hospital building.
